Can you somehow make dedicated server a copy from existing one?
Is there any way to copy world progress from existing server to a dedicated one?
I've got a situation where I have a world we used to play with some friends of mine, got some progress here. Today I figured up how to create a dedicated server, made one, but found out it's a completely new world.
Sorry for possible mistakes, i'm not a native speaker.

Absolutely, if the server is on the same machine it's a simple matter of changing the valheim_server.exe command in the .bat file to say -world "YourWorldNameHere".
If it's on a remote server you'll need to copy your world save across to it somehow.
Warning, world saves don't take well to having their files renamed, it tends to delete everything you've ever built. This website has an online tool for fixing that: https://geekstrom.de/valheim/fwl
