i have found a bug that can both duplicate and reset your inventory and it happens after you crash you inventory gets reverted to the last save and your possition this has lead me to lossing a lot of valuble time and items i just came here to report this bug because this is an amazing game ,but that ruins the fun of it as any progress can be deleted at any moment.
