I would imagine they will also have bosses

Maybe the devs will also make an underwater dungeon for an ocean boss besides a serpent

It seems like they really enjoy the progress they make and relation to the community

There is supposed to be 2 more biomes, Ashlands and Far North, BUT you're right the stone circle is complete after killing the Queen from Mistlands.

3 more biomes with boss monsters according to old posts. Deep North, Ashlands, and the Ocean biome.

The stone circle was almost complete before the prep for mistlands, Stones were resized and shifted after mistlands was actively being worked on.

It's probably going to happen after each update.

Ashlands and Deep North should have full content addition similar to scale of Mistlands. They have talked about possibly adding Ocean boss as well, but there hasn't been much insight on that as of yet.

I'm pretty sure that there were only 5 Stones before the Mistland update which expanded the circle by a 6th one.

The circle can be made bigger. That is why there is a "mystical force" keeping you from building near it. It gives them room to expand the circle.

Yeah, there's some space still to simply move the stones further away from the center, giving more space. Whether that will happen remains to be seen of course.

It might just be me but the Altar stones look a little smaller after the update.

That and the fact that there is a ~20-25 meter protected area around the spawn point I suspect that the next update will just move the stones outward from center to make room for the stone's of later bosses

By the way, the new "egg" from Halador might sound interesting from it's description but hte only thing it unlocked for me was "cooked Egg" at the Cauldron with HP/Stam stats so low I laughed at it, it's barely Black Forest Tier food. Save your gold.

There will be more bosses, there will be more stones.

Pretty sure you need the egg for foods, not just for eating "raw" like how you can make carrort soup. You also need it for chickings.

Honey glazed chicken is up there with serpent stew as a HP food. Meanwhile Mushroom Omelette is the second best stamina food currently... and the best (fish 'n bread) is hard to make in any numbers, as it requires you to get anglerfish, which need misty bait.

So eggs are very useful, for HP and stamina. But you need to breed the chickens to keep a steady supply.
