Hearth & Home help
Hi Everyone
I tried playing the game on my old world today for the first time since H&H came out but i don't have any of the new building items or crafted items. There are no downloads available and as far as i'm aware i have all the updates. Do i need to start a new world to get the new stuff or am i missing something?

Start picking up everything to discover the new recipes the safe way you did at the

If you have already touched all the materials, you should have the receipies, for instance, quarter-sized walls in addition to full walls and half walls.
I did not notice a download either.

a couple of new things require you to visit unexplored areas to find them. Explored areas are locked out of generating these new things. You don't need a new map, unless you explored too much of it.
The new home items ... required me to do so much renovation that I finally just started over, though most of that is cosmetic.

Your most likely missing tar, which is found in the plains. Tar pits will have some new blob enemies to despatch which drop tar but the main haul of tar is in the pits which in order to get out you must drain the tar out by digging a channel for it to run out. There also onion seeds found in chests in the mountains
