I got Vortex, and installed Valheim Plus. I did manage to get that working, and it's been great. The problem is, there are a few othr smaller mods that I cannot get to work. In order to work, they say to start the game then quit, and look in the BepinEx file for a config file I am supposed to be able to edit. The problem is that file is never created. This is true for several mods. I can do without, but I would like to get them working. I have no idea if my epic loot mod is working or not because I am very early into the game. Any help is appreciated.
