Not sure why they didn't put it up on steam, at the same time as they posted it on the Valheim discord.

Not every little news will get published on Steam. We will probably start to create pinned threads when new information gets released somewhere else.

Any chance for a release date or is that still undecided?

Observations : Rug in the middle of the room, new armor set, and is that a new chest next to the new armor set? Haven't heard anyone mention this but... is that new?

Update prior to fireside they mentioned a new game mechanic, and they provided a picture of a mythical moth-like creature. I'm instantly thinking flying mount explains both, not unlike others i'm sure have pointed out.

But then I see this armor set in the fire side and I think : That looks like it has feathers in the recipe. And obviously I could be wrong, but what if the new armor set allowed flight? Or what if it was kinda like a wing suit? Obviously stamina based... it'd be "Nintendo-ish" yes?

Rug looks like scales to me , and since serpents are green it wouldn't make much sense. They havn't given me the pink and green troll skin i hacve asked for, why would they give me red two star serpent skin?

Whatever it is it's likely new and very large.

It could be linen i guess, it'd be made with the loom , or a new device unlocked by the Yagluth thing.

And that chest? What is that? I'll have to take another look at the other ina game chests, i don;t remember that.

The Rug and the Armor set is the only new ones. That chest your mentioning is called the "Personal Chest" which is already in game.

You are right, 2 things, the rug and the armor set, everything else is in game.

What about the armor set the CEO was wearing? Definitely looks like Dark Iron. Would love that one to be added. I have so much Dark Iron it's ridiculous.

We had planned to include it in our next blogpost, but it does of course make a lot of sense to make a pinned post about it in the meanwhile so that people here can find it earlier! Thank you for pointing that out :)

That armour set in the background looks premiscuously like Fenring Fur.....

Listening to what they said, the initial EA release's unexpected popularity revealed a lot of bugs, and bug-fixing delayed work on H&H. I suspect they also made some changes to the framework.

I also heard that they are still in the planning stages of Mistlands. They want to add a new mechanic to make it substantially different from other biomes, so don't expect it soon.
