not every game needs workshop support

I'm currently using Valheim Plus mod from Nexus Mods. You can enable the kiln to automatically pull wood from a box then place the charcoal back in it. that's one example out of the hundreds.

At least in Valheim, installing mods from Nexus isn't that hard for any average gamer even if you use "manual installation", so I would rather devs focusing on something more interesting than bringing workshop support.

It does for today's average gamer so it appears. Just like " look at how awesome I am" achievements, dlc, shops to buy more "look how awesome I am" skins, mounts, etc, etc.

I been playing Valheim with my friends for long. The game is really fun and worths it!
We have beated all the bosses in the game and now we want to mod it. The game are mod-abled on other websites but that took long time to install. A Steam workshop would be nice in the future don't you think?

Just head to Nexus or thunderstore, it's super easy (literally just copy/paste the mod dll in the plugins folder of the Bepinex)

Or they could just get the installer, and instal.
and then use the manager to browse mods and install mods via it.

It takes less then 5 mins to install a mod.

I got thunderstone mod manager and it installed it in less then 5 mins.
and started to browse mods on it, and use it to install them, there is no dragging, just clicking on things. So its super easy.

In previous interviews , the Devs stated they will not add a mod workshop to Valheim.

Thank you for the instrutions, I do mod very well and the mod I am using is from Nexus too. But my friends are not so good with the copy/paste thingy and whenever the mod goes buggy we all have to reinstall it, seperately (last week it took us an hour or smt). :)
It would be faster with the one-click install buttion on workshop and it is easier to share the mod I am using with them on steam though :D

give it time and there will be.

It's pretty much the same with Steam Achievements, Trading Cards and Points Shop Items.

Devs will decide on that after the game has reached its final version.
