Heist update

140 million dollars in sales for a game the size of a game from 2001 ..... updates since those kind of sales numbers total about 10 mbs, and 300 hours seems like a lot but who am I to judge, I just see other companies with a tenth of the following that undate at least twice a month. Lets face it, repetitive terrain that is a just the same environments repeated over and over has no future ....it would need an overhaul a la No Mans Sky

Did you not read anything they said about finding new people? Or finding a new place to set up? Are you aware that during a pandemic, these things don’t happen as quickly as people want? Or is it just your needs? Like you’re fine, screw anyone else….

I think you just answered your own question.

BTW does anyone remember this game from itch.io 3 years ago and how little progress was made since? Well there you go, trusting an unknown developer.

You don't own the game, you've never posted in the forum before, but interestingly post frequently to parrot a certain other posters in this thread on a regular basis. Gotta try harder to hide that alt account man.
Have you ever heard about a refund option, or are you too deep into gatekeeping to acknowledge it? Also when was my last post in this community hub? Because even I cannot remember. You seem confused.

i see your point of view - but if Valheim is not your cup of tea then you might find another game that suits your expectations

ive seen companys starting good games but then failed in the process of making it great
atm Valheim feels good to play and i enjoy it a lot
NMS is a game that i would not be able to enjoy its too much "bling bling" and way too mainstream for me

One day you’ll understand how life works. Maybe one day you’ll read what they posted about why they got delayed. Maybe one day you’ll you’ll understand what it means to sign up for an early access game. And maybe you’ll one day you’ll show us your credentials, showing that you know how game development works. Maybe one day people will stop crying.

If nobody trusts anybody, humanity is not going any far. Trust and risk are essential to genuine capitalism.

He's crying because he only has had over 300 hours of entertainment already for $20 and somehow that's a horrible injustice.
Seems to me the only ones who got robbed were the developers, hell of a steal for us to get so many hours of entertainment for so little.
Also, the thread is a sad troll for attention, as he did the exact same yesterday and got laughed at for it, just like now.

i'm more concerned about communications regarding the game since coming to the forums
for the first time today.

an awarded post with no fighting, arguing etc locked by a mod because it criticises the community and 2 trolls already on this post but no action taken since they're being fanboys. makes me think devs don't want to hear any negative feedback which means loss of faith for the future of the game.

you can't improve something if you only listen to praise :/

awards don't make a thread valid. it clearly violated the rules by being unrelated to the game and intentionally made to bait arguments.

you can't have a proper discussion if you treat everything like reddit.
