Try exit and restart. Once its open, it stays open, so this is a one time glitch hopefully. At least one other person had a blocked door, and it could be that too, in which case you will have to find another queen citadel.

Found Two other Queen Boss spawns and none of them will let me open the door to the Boss? Any other Ideas? I even made a second key ...
