building is wtf
Any fix for this issue - I'm building and tides are changing colour like RGB leds from greed to red, from red to orange, from orange to green again and after few minutes everything just destroying itself. I have strong build and it doesn't make any sense.

The delay is annoying though. Every time you build support and check stability higher up it always shows green for a few seconds. But if I turn away and go back it shows red again.
Edit: Depending on what support.

And also. I do not complain how it works but it ain't logical if you think about it.
When adding weight at the top it should actually break at the bottom and not at the top piece you just added.

The majority of people do not know the physics and math of building. The color system is a very nice way of combing centuries of knowledge into a very simple system to understand.
The primary goal of a video game is to entertain. If one wants to build buildings realistically, then get an engineering job.
The point being, it is logical that this video game is not realistic, because in reality, the overwhelming majority of us wouldn't even be able to build a box house that could withstand one storm.

Thats why I said I did not complain on how it works now and you right it's a very nice simple system to understand how it is now.And also. I do not complain how it works but it ain't logical if you think about it.

Construction works on a structure system. Items start with maximum structure when they touch the ground(or a tree), and every item stacked on it will lose structure. The tallest building materials are iron wooden poles and iron doors.

You're having lots of issues with the game it seems. Could you post a screenshot of your strong build?

Blue gray= Ground/foundation quality support. From there up to before red, a piece can be placed. Once its bright red it will demolish within seconds or so after attempted placement.
Initially when placed the piece will check its connected status to others. This is why you see for a few seconds a piece change color.
All in all if you have pieces being demolished, it likely means you're not adequately supporting it. Remember too removing pieces can weak a structure after placement.
Without seeing a detailed example of what you're trying to do, its really hard to discern where your issue is exactly taking place. We often think we have a strong build when in actuality it isn't too so keep that in mind.
Another common issue for some builders is when placing wooden or similar floors that the ground below it is actually not level and the placed piece(without looking carefully) is not bluegrey but actually green. That can then affect pieces placed on or connected to it too.
Lastly, there is for some reason a longer delay in turning red for iron beams placed horizontally too far out that I've noticed in the past. This may be a contributing factor

its the "stability system" when a building part is placed the system will check if the placed part is grounded (blue) if not the system will check how well the part is supportet
green to yellow is good supported
yellow is still ok but one might consider supporting this part if possible
red to dark means the placed parts may break if one puts mor parts to it
the LED lightshow only means that when you placed parts onto each other the game rechecks the stability status
the higher you build the higher the risk of breaking parts

Ok so it is +20 elements tower, placed on stone ground and walls, with beams all around it + in the middle, supporting almost every floor inside. Can't build roof which is also supported, because parts below it changing colours from greed to red.

You will probably have to use iron reinforced wooden beams. They will help you build bigger and taller.

+20 elements doesnt explain things.
That said, it sounds like you've built too high without proper structural support. As electric said, you're going to most likely need to build with iron beams but even then you may have issues depending on your design.
