yeah, that seems to be a common problem. What fixed it for me was clicking the server button and adding a password. Maybe that'll help, maybe not.

yes i did all this and followed the YouTube videos to find out how to do it its just not working

i cant get f5 to open anything up

you need to add -console in launch options first.
goto library then right click Valheim choose properties. under general you will find launch options.

It also only works on your personal local worlds, no multiplayer cheat modes without mods.

I manage to figure out myself at the end. Thank you for responding.

If you want to have creative mode enable you need to open the console and type "devcommands" then type "debugmode"
