Yes i agree, it's very bad. I think it's because it's EA.

Apparently done by design, the game's art style is a mixutre of voxel and 'modern' graphics. I agree, it is really jarring when you're looking at awesome scenery then notice the rock you're standing on belongs in minecraft or wolfenstein 3d.

I can't play a game like this I think i'm going to refund and wait and see if they update the graphics I surprised they even released it like this. Thanks for the response.

I'm so confused by zoomers posting this over and over. Like you can't comprehend an intentional stylistic decision. Did every video and screenshot looking this way not clue you in?

It's the artstyle of the game and I love it, as do others. If it doesn't please you I'd recommend refunding it as they will never change it to something you'd like.

This has nothing to do with EA. It is by design as stated on the Dev website. Some will not like it, some will. For me, the graphics fits the game setting brilliantly.

it is intended to look that way and it looks awesome tbh. not every game needs photorealism to be good, well at least not for real gamers older than 12 yrs of age.

It's not the "graphics" you dislike, they're actually amazing with the lightning and everything.
You just dislike the "artstyle" and this will never change unless some modders will appear one day.

usualy when a game has fully destructible worlds, they have to be lower graphics otherwise it would be a lag fest. Take minecraft for e.g even when it was released, graphics were much futher advanced in other games, but it had to be lower to still have a smooth game with everything that could be done to the world

Same feeling here, its refreshing even at that price i luv it !
but yea i get it, too much gamers are spoiled by AAA games with Candy eyes graphics,
but i still like both style, new and old school so i dont mind, at least they making effort to be original.
