How to easily port metal
You can't port metal but you can log out with the metal in inventory and then go into another world to place that metal in a chest. Then log back out and go back into your previous world and go through your portal then repeat the process by logging back out go back into the world you just placed your metal in and then return.

That is "new" and was not claimed as cheating, previously.
If you want to go as far, you can just enable cheats and remove/spawn ore where you need it.
Or, even better, install a mod that removes "non tp" state of ores, and at least have fun and enjoy an uninterrupted gameplay.

Can't you just spawn the materials you need by command, if you don't care about the game rules?

or backup your config file then change false to true to teleport with metal

game needs real creative mode and real survival mode where cheats cannot be enabled for example and world hoping does not work, aka player inventory and character locally saved in world data whatever.
