That's actually an update for third party redestributables (directx, .net - that kind of stuff). It isn't specifically for Valheim, it just shows up as being for those most recently installed game that uses them.

No update happened for me and steam.db shows that there were no updates to the file depot for the game. Something on your end apparently needed re-download.
