How to Learn Dyrnwyn?
I explored Ashlands with a friend, we got Flametal Ore, and then turn into Flametal... The thing is, I learned how to craft and he didn't. We went to the base and he hold in his hand EVERYTHING we have, including Fine Wood, Sturling Core, and Leather Scraps, yet he didn't learn how to do Dyrnwyn... What's going on?

Do you know if Valheim Plus add those weapons to be crafted? I'm not sure, but it my friend is hosting the dedicated server, and he told he's using only Valheim Plus... At some point he opened the Valheim files and saw a Stone Pickaxe there, and I think he added to the game... It seems he added more than just the Stone Pickaxe. Flametal and its ore is available in vanilla, but the Dyrnwyn is not (or, at least, not by normal means - it can only be created by activating devcommands and using the spawn command from the console). It's like the "Killsaber" from Knights of the Old Republic II - a "cheat" weapon in alpha that still exists in the game files, but is technically disabled and therefore not available through any normal means, not even the recipe.

I'm playing Valheim Plus, I think this is the only mod I'm using, but I looked at wikia, it isn't up to date, but it says Flametal is vanilla. Are you sure about what are you talking? The version of the game is 0.212.9, while wikia is around 0.146.11: flametal doesn't exist in the game. it's a mod you have installed
https://valheim.fandom.com/wiki/Flametal
So... IT IS vanilla, I think it's already in-game, so my question remains... Why I learned and why he didn't?
