"Not responring" is not necessarily a crash. My first time loading a map (not even a new one) after mistlands update took a long time and it did say it's not responding. Just have some patience.

I guess I didn't wait long enough yesterday, I only waited 5 mins, took about 7 to open up. Thank you all for your help.

Can confirm just waiting for the load screen stopped crashing. Only remedied crashes for me if when i start the game opening sequence i touch nothing on the other screen before it loads in, otherwise i get the "not responding wait or close" prompt and it doesn't finish loading after for me.

tried all of these it still wont load i hit load and it loads then the blue spinny then says it crashed. waiting does nothing

just let it sit for a bit when you load in. load times have significantly increased and start off with a near-crash for me each time. see if waiting works for you as well.
