I was using this one DogGoRoof as it has what you want but I found it made the game very boring as everything was right there. I have to agree with the people who say you should use a seed that makes you explore a few islands to get what you need. I learned the hard way.

I totally disagree. The first time i played it i used a random seed and no map viewer. All biomes are pretty much the same regardless of the island. If it's plains, it'll always be plains with plains mobs and such, so having a narrower area just makes it more convenient.

I love this one, don't even need a boat. I wish we could build on boats like the cyclops in subnautica.

Id call that a bad seed, since you don't need to explore much.
Having it all close by, or even on the same island, really kills much of what makes the game great for me. So personally id rather explore and build outposts, rather than know I have all bosses within spitting distance.

done that.. boring :D
