But...you won't pick up seeds unless you click the plant. Seeds are also in chests in some biomes, but you have to click them too, to pick them up. Trophies- yeah. Please, no more boar trophies!

Normally I would but I don't remember seeing one that does that. You could go look at Nexus or Thunderstore yourself.

You can toggle off auto pickup with the V key, but it shuts off everything.

Yeah, obliterating them for coal is a more effective way to deal with the things you don’t want. Takes a long time to despawn items, if they even will, so you’re better off getting rid of them yourself.

One way to 'filter' stuff is to split stacks of your inventory and only have items you
want to pick up with no open slots in your inventory. or toggle autopickup and
individually pick up stuff you want.

Then if you're willing to use the console: removedrops
This will remove all drops from the AI and anything dropped by smelters and such.
It has a maximum range but it's kinda hard to measure the distance.

Alternatively you pick everything up and drop stuff in the obliterator or deep
water as that's supposed to despawn things faster.

not sure you could filter it i have never seen a option for it

you can't you just have to throw them out or obliterate them
