Cannot Cull my Boars
I got them tamed, but cannot cull any of the adults, whether original or grown up from piggy. I cannot hit them to kill them with fists, clubs, axe, knife... nothing.

Turn Friendly Fire on, or use the new butcher knife on them.
If that does not work, then check the mods you have installed, bad mod = issues.

in the recent update developers added a new knife - specifically to kill your pets, butcher's knife. you will find it in the smithy.
