as long as you all have the same content-adding mods, it should be fine. people can have different client-side mods. like one that adds a farming grid, or ones that add every plant in the game to the cultivator.

The one mod I would really like to see is one that forces everyone on a server to listen to specific music. So, for instance, if I was running a world and we were all about to go fight Moder, I could subject everyone to a power-metal cover of "Let it Go"

of course, however, at this current moment, the mod api (bepinex, valheim pack) is a little borked because the game had a minor update. tried reinstalling mods a second ago and the game crashed.

Yeah, I will try, just want to add some hostile and friendly vikings, more enemies, improve raids, pets etc

That’s where I was looking for mods before, I just got the game today but I need to fill in empty spaces that the game is missing for me. Glad modding is allowed. Can I play online with friends tho?
