Some issues........
So I have died twice now and not spawned on my last bed. It's claimed, and it's protected.... I died in a drauger burial chamber place and now i've re-spawned at the original stone circles... This is making the game kind of un playable because all of my silver/iron stuff, heck even my bronze stuff is an ocean away and unreachable... This doesn't seem right at all. I reiterate, my last spawn point was not destroyed, was not unclaimed, was not attacked, etc, so it makes little sense for me not to spawn back to it. And again, this is the 2nd time. Kinda sucky :C and makes the game unplayable. I need to get my antler axe again, go get copper again (cuz i don';t have enough bronze), make some bronze stuff, make some other stuff, and then take off to the far reaches of hell. It's going to take me hours to do this. Heck i don't even have food for the journey... wth man?!

I always have a complete chain of portals, The surtlings in the swamps also drop cores. Easy to kill with ice arrows.

In the swamp once you do find a surtling spawner, you can easily kill them with normal arrows. THEN, go use your pick and dig up a small area around the spawner. They will then spawn and die to the water. It makes a tantastic coal farm, plus lots of surtling core and trophies.

Always set up a portal at the original stone circle. I know you were saying you were short on cores but this is exactly why it is important to do so.
Not only is it the default spawn but it is also the place where you need to change your powers.
That is the thing with map RNG though ... there are times it throws a curve at you like this.

That's a rough death. You could always enable cheats and fly back to your base and pretent the valkyries gave you another lift...

I don't want to start cheating. I know i could and I have in other games when things got messsed up, but i always found myself falling back to them when things get tough. So i wont use cheats. I've recovered all of my stuff and the. I didn't have sertiling cores because my seed just didn't have any in most dungeons. Like i raided maybe 10 or so in the various islands with black forests and i got like 7. eventually i found more and got a portal running but yeah it was weird. I've died now a few times and i respawn in a bed thankfully so I'm going to assume it was a weird bug. Thanks for all of your helps and inputs! I appreciate you all!

But using dev commands to over come a bug is not cheating, it is the reason they are there.

I would say that this issue is not really your fault. Can you get on board with that? Ok good.
You need to make a shortcut to the Valheim executable and add -console to the end. Boot up game, start it up.
type F5 to bring up console.
devcommands
god to become invulnerable.
you can now use the goto x,y command to teleport yourself. First number negative values are to the left of your spawn point on the map, positive to the right. I think positive is Up and negative is down for the second. It will take some trial and error.
Now you can get your stuff, go back to base, deactivate god mode, devcommands off and reclaim your game.
Yes it is cheating. If you'd rather start over due to a bug, thats up to you.

Sounds like a bug to me. In this case I agree with @joemama1512. You should use a cheat to get at least back to your bed. From there on reclaim your body the usual way.

Definitely sounds like a bug and I think, particularly in this case, that using dev commands is more of a contingency than a cheat.

Make sure to mention this in the bug forums.
In the future set up a portal between the start area and your base with all the stuff in it. It's just a good thing to have in general.

Something sounds screwy here. So when you claimed the bed it definitely said spawn point set? The only ways your spawn point changes back to circles is if you have destroyed your current spawn point or manually reset it via the chat / prompt. Gotta ask do you have mods, if so you may want to check them out if their causing this
I don't use mods, and the spawn was claimed and set because literally a few minutes before I went to the swamp I slept there to pass the night. So it had to be claimed/set since i slept in there before leaving for the swamp. I think it's some bug, im not sure. Do you know if you die in a dungeon, would you spawn back on your last saved spawn or would it throw you back to the beginning? Cuz if it sends you back to your saved spawn then I guess what i experienced is some ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up bug.

Go to Steam/Library right click on Valheim - Properties, under Local Files click on Validate Game Files. This is either due to corrupted files or some bug, in which case support is needed.
