Is there a mod that disables invasions?
They're so annoying, they serve no other purpose than to slow the game down, forcing you to stop what you're working on.

if u dont like the moat idea, then build a base on top of cliffs and raise earth with hoe to have a castle that is virtually untouchable.
no need for a mod

I think they need to look at raids again.
A lot of them are pretty pointless. Like, what's the point of Skeleton surprise for plains tier people? There is no difficulty and the resource is useless. I guess you can obliterate it into coal, but there are better ways to get it.
They need to turn off more obsolete raids as you progress.
Also, the raids can be too common, you can start to feel annoyed by them.

So you like to build but not building defenses. Weird logic.

Ah, but they do serve a purpose.
There is a 20% chance of events occurring every 46 minutes if a player is within 40 meters of at least 3 base structures.
The constant stream of enemies during an event is quite useful for gathering their drops, which in turn have uses in crafting/base building. Not to mention the fact that you're able to get a nice boost in skills for your weapons and blocking skill with your shield.
And, as I said, it's only a 20% chance. Odds are you haven't noticed how many times it hasn't proc'd because well, there's no in game timer and no event happened.
None of that is stuff you can't get elsewhere, though. My problem with the raids is that they happen when I'm building and don't want to be disturbed.

There's a mod on Thunderstore simply called NoRaid. Chances are it's on Nexus as well, or an equivalent.

Doesn't seem to be on Nexus yet.

I appreciate the advice, but I'm specifically looking for a mod, cause I'm playing with some friends and we don't want to have to deal with switching maps just to fight bosses.
Okay, I don't like mods in Valheim because it feels like cheating to me. That's why I play completely without mods.
World swapping is allowed from the game, so it's ok. I don't change the game mechanics. Yes, I know mods are allowed by the developers too, but it feels wrong to me. So go ahead, good luck with your search and have fun in Valheim :) .
lmao... that's hilarious.

There is. It's called digging a moat. Thereafter, raids become an opportunity to kill lots of enemies that drop goodies. Oh. And skill up on the bow, or jump over your moat and engage in melee.

Thanks, this is exactly what I was looking for.

That's not what I asked for.

There is away to use the console built into the game by the devs to reset the flags, i'm just not sure if it works on a dedicated server. There is a mod that allows console on dedicated server , but at that point why not just use the mod that stops raids.
If you want to know more about the console search "devcommands" Valheim

Build on one world and beat the bosses on a second. Only Eikthyr will send some boars and necks then. No mods needed.

If there's a mod it's be on the Nexus I'd expect.
The raid events can be a little much though, they should be a server toggle I think.
