Lacklustre / Ugly Gear
Guys. Why are your late game shields so atrociously ugly? The black metal shield looks like trash, and the carapace shields are just as bad. There is hardly any gear to wear so you end up wearing the same equipment as your friends and you all look the same. Where's the Variety? I get to the endgame and i'm forced to wear ugly gear just to compete. I've worked so hard to get here and my OP Viking is using Bug Carapace as his go to shield / armour protection? WHACK. If you don't want to add more variations of armour let us at least Dye the gear we can wear, or let me transmogrify my disgusting ass shields into the beautiful Iron Buckler or Silver Shield Variants while still keeping the upgraded stats.

You are aware you can choose different styles on shields?
So even if you and your friends are both using Black Metal shields, with the variaty options you will still look a tad different.

Yes!! totally aware, but It still doesn't scratch that itch i'm afraid. Only a few shields offer different designs, the SIlver Shields are much nicer than the Black Metal in my opinion but can't compete with higher level mobs like the Black Metal Shield Can, not to mention the Carapace shields

Monday, January 16th the dev communications said: "our artists got creative and designed some brand new clothes for your characters, which became the start of this little update. The clothes might still get further changes, but we think they’re looking pretty nice so far!"

Will be nice. Bug shields, no styles. Way back, I think only the banded had styles, or banded and iron tower maybe?
I am a big fan of transmorg so we can make any item look like any other of the same type, eg use the drake hat skin on the bug hat, or the banded shield on the bug shield, just cosmetically. It would be a huge thing to do that. And hide helmet would be another big one. Color cloaks like the linen one offers as well.
