What's wrong with asking a question? It's not like THEY asked it a million times. Some people prefer to be social and communicate.

If you feel you have answered a question too many times, then don't do it any more, let someone else. Don't ridicule someone for asking a question, it doesn't make you look smart. Quite the opposite actually.

How about people who say: "Read the article entitled 'Read here: Common issues in Hearth & Home' posted by Irongate developers that is pinned to the top of the forum.

Are they tools as well?
(And this particular issue was also covered in patch notes.)

I don't think it is unreasonable to expect people to do a small amount of "searching" by looking in a pinned article with a fairly obvious title, do you?
