Found a working fix I hope. Been a day and several hours with no crashes.

I ended up disabling Intel Virtualization Tech i was using for emulators and added a slight under clock on my cpu by 100mhz on all cores in my bios.

I'll report back if I start crashing again. But I hope this helps.
