the game is, in fact, online and co-op. This is why it has the tags. Since servers and connections are managed by the players, connectivity issues are not on the game devs or their product. Its like complaining to microsoft that you can't share files with your family because your router is set up wrong: that makes it window's fault, right? They said you could do it... and you can't!!! ???
