They can do whatever they want with the money. You're buying into Early Access and if you don't understand what that is then that's on you.

They will finish the game but that takes time, and they want to get it right instead of pumping out poor quality content. They want to keep their customers happy with the content updates so they're taking the time to get it right, and that's the right way to do it.

If they had a video made it wouldn't be made by the developers who are working on the game so it won't affect the game's timeline. Chill.
