Dig a hole (8x8 and 4-6 deep, should do), build wood floor over the part of it, lure the wolves over it and destroy the flooring. Now you have wolves in a hole. Feed it boar or deer meat, and wait within range to them are tamed. It can take a day or two.
If you leave for to longe of a period, they will de-spawn, and not get tamed.
