needs work.
light armors have a mix of positive and negative qualities, for example I am running the root chest to reduce pierce, which counters many mistland bug attacks, archers, spear throwers, and so on. Its more than mobility, the total defense with a resist to a key damage type is better than having yet another armor only piece.
being rested and making portals are not 'exploits'. This is using what the game offers. Exploits are things like dumping ore at the spawn of another world, portal back to your home, picking up the ore... unintended use of mechanics. Or stuff like shooting bonemass to death with wood arrows from behind a terrain raised wall.
my quick incomplete list:
atgeir weapons aoe stun
terrain raise/lower (moats and walls)
terrain combat exploits (unreachable archery)
dragging big enemy (getting them to bust rocks, trees, etc for you)
bypassing bosses (don't need wishbone nor bone pick, and mistlight is sort of optional)
world hopping (moving ore)
map exploit (generate your map and take a look online)
file exploit (eg if die, restore character backup and pop up in full gear again, recover body and your stuff is duplicated), or take stuff from chest on a world, restore world, chest is full again..
deconstruct exploit (break apart and make other, eg tear up a kiln to make a smelter)
damage build exploit (plant bulk fires, eitr balls, spike walls, and other crap to kill things slowly)
tame exploit (tame hundreds of things to fight for you)
cart exploit (break cart to get boxes to kick onto a karve etc), use disguised cart as chest inside walls, etc
corpse exploit (suicide to make a large, small sized chest)
boat exploit (breaking it to get materials back)
surtling exploit (bury spawner in water for free coal and cores)
the queen: I killed her in melee, was just a HP sponge. Poison resist, root chest. 2 health food & 1 eitr food, melee until out of stamina, zap until out of eitr, repeat. Retreat to kill seekers, ignore brood unless many of them. She never really hurt me or even did anything interesting. No cheese.
