bow skill level could have something to do with it but honestly i carry at least 200 arrows on me i ran out with 200 on the elder way before H&H or whenever the nerf happened but my bow level was super low because i wasnt leveling it like i should have and that was when all you had to do was find a rock and shoot it till you level up as much as you could stand lol
