This still going on? Had this happen to me a few month ago and a day later the guy in question contacted me again and apologized for anything that happened, as his account was hijacked (nothing happened though as I do not follow random links ^^).

If you are contacted, just report the account as probably being hacked and keep in mind, usually the actual owner has nothing sinister on their mind, they were just unlucky
