I've never used that, but I was having the exact same problem with pieces staying lit up blue until, like I said, BepInEx was finally integrated into the Vortex Mod Manager from Nexus. Maybe give that a try? Yes all my mods were always up to date as well so, that was never the issue for me.

Yes vortex and r2modman are close r2modman is a mod loader and launcher so that you do not have to mess with the Valheim files you just click the mod it installs it on its side and you launch threw them as in (play modded Valheim) or click (play unmodded Valheim) I find this usefull so I dont have to keep arranging my files to play between modded and unmodded but thank you for the help it did get me going in the right direction =)
