the settings are saved in windows registry
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\IronGate\Valheim
delete the lines starting with
Screenmanager
Attentively you can save the following code into a .reg-file and import it into the registry.
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 ; Lines starting with ";" are comments and are not parsed unless you remove the ";". ; Lines ending in "=-" delete that key.
