In as much as any silver weapon will deal spirit damage (including Frostner), I suppose you might call that enchanted but not magical as such. Silver may be anathema to undead and werefolk, but that is more of an inherent property in much the same way as iron was anathema to the feyfolk.
As for the Draugr Fang, that deals Swamp Guck poison, pure and simple and not exactly magical.

Did you forget that Frostner deals magical Frost damage? And the Draugr Fang glows like something out of Lord of the Rings. Pretty sure the limited amount of guck it takes to make isn't responsible for it being able to add poison damage to every arrow fired from it.
And I wasn't counting silver as magic damge; if I was I would have included the Silver Sword.
