For me its when Sun goes down. I confidently take aim at those 4 goblins in the distance unaware there are are 3 lox just over the crest. Great... I've agro'd 4 goblins and 3 lox. No problem. I got the best arrows and bow in the game. Then it starts to rain and I realize I had just finished running. I'm out of stamina. Crap. I can still handle this, until I notice two of the goblins have 2 stars and I forgot to eat. Crap.

Once you are in fully upgraded top tier armor and weapons, using top tier food...Its pretty hard to die, but it can still happen, and it will almost always be your own fault.
