You need to upgrade your cauldron to level 2. I have to go in game to see what you need as I dob't recall off hand need. Ill update this in 5 minutes if someone else doesn't post it before then.

..........................Ok you need spice rack.... I believe the recipe for that does not show until you have all items required in your on charartor inventory slots.

2 carrots, 3 each of turnips, dandelions, thistle, and 5 mushrooms.

Be sure not to use all of your turnips. Have some to plant for seed in case you don't find another plant for ages.
