You can also punch them, if your Fists skill is high enough (25-30 maybe).

Or maybe just instead of food being the only stat to progress. Why are we as weak as a fresh spawn if we need to go get our gear back. why am i not levelling up my health as well. its truly silly how you can take 10 damage from a mosquitoe with your gear on whilst having 170 hp. Yet as soon as you go to get your gear back. You have 40 stam, 25 hp and you die instantly. Im not about to level up my fist skill just for that bs lol .
