First off the mouse sensitivity is a game setting that is set at a default that might be too high or low depending on the base OS settings regardless of it beign Windows or Linux.

Second, Valheim and a lot of other games work great on Linux thanks to Proton. I currently play Halo: Master Chief Collection, Neir: Automata, and Final Fantasy XIV using Proton. All Windows games, all of them run beautifully on Linux. And once I figure out how to get my 3D printer's software working with Proton I'll be saying good bye to Windows.
