you do everything in valheim that you do in NW. all the crafting, and mob after mob for resources, that are worth nothing. the only difference is the gear in valheim is worth making, the gear in NW isnt worth making, because its still worth 0 gold regardless of what the game tells you.

Completely different game. Only similarity is they are played online with a lot of people. But to each their own, right? Most MMO's are identical in what you do in them. Most survival games are also the same. The new ones are "fresh" but after a while they tend to assimilate a lot of features.

NW is great with friends, not so much solo. The gearing is like Destiny and Vermintide which I'm not a big fan of. Valheim can be played effectively with or without which is why I prefer Valheim.
