i am very happy with a pile of loot tbh. I usually have a chest full of a particular item and everything beyond that chest will go into that toilet pile. And I dont want to travel into another trash biome or have a teleporter that leads into the toilet, I also build an appealing toilet with a dropdown to the toilet pile so the act of throwing items away feels natural.
I know some people unload their trash onto a leviathan's back or even create an entire separate world just to throw the trash away.

As of now the toilet pile consists of Dandelions, Resin, half-used Torches, wooden or stone tools, bones, tree seeds, etc
