In the config file, their examples are “type true to enable, you can increase or decrease values by 50% or -50%” for pretty much everything.

Cant say that for all settings but the ones i have in mind you can set every value you want.
Small tip: Dont set stuff to zero. 0.001% is better, sometimes games dont like zeros
