if you want static maps. just copy the seed name and keep using that seed over and over.

if the crow at the start simply told you about the trader. that's an attempt. shouldn't need to ask someone out of game for help. you could go the whole game without seeing the trader if you didn't know about it

i dont buy the fact you didnt know about the trader. you have 202 hrs in this game. im willing bet you have even found one. or at least had its location pop up on your map which is marked by a money bag.

the trader can spawn up to 2-3 traders on any world i think. the first one you find is where the trader will always be.

the crow doesnt tell you everything for a reason. imo having the crow tell you about the trader is giving out to much info. hugin is there to guide you not reveal things about the world to you.
