There's actually 44 tombs on the south side of that swamp, which is where you're referring to!! Wow!

And, the swamp actually wraps around a mountain, with 12 more tombs on the north side of the island (same swamp)...

But, not really sure how useful all that is. It's pretty far away from where you would build a main base. And that's a long haul to sail with that much iron.

I rarely ever mine more than 12-15 tombs in any play through. ~3 boat loads.
