You can use also devcommand, spawn detructibie_rock, probably this one command, it spawn small rock and work as ground fundament, and u get another 50m height without any mod, i use this for my middle main tower.
And i agree, they could think about raise limit to 100m than 50m, 100 is reasonable hight.
