I thought about installing one of the plant anything mods, but I just don't think it's necessary.

I kinda like just grabbing any berries I see while I'm out exploring. I think that's probably the reason we can't farm them. Blueberries were a bit rough when the game first released, but I feel like something changed with the H&H update because I usually have around 2 stacks of them after exploring the black forest. Same with thistle. I'm assuming they increased the spawn rate?

I do wish there were some more complicated, higher tier foods in the later game. Maybe some recipes that require carrots, turnips and onions along with other things like some plains/mountain/swamp items.

I'd like a reason to keep planting carrots and turnips after finding onions (other than just feeding tamed boar).
