From how you've described it, assuming that's accurate, your very old local save files will move either to the cloud or the new location. Probably the cloud, since if you don't know what it is then you haven't disabled it. This shouldn't be a problem and you should be able to ignore the message.

If you're worried then figure out what location it's talking about and back up your old saves manually (copy the files somewhere).
