You might have to accept that it's on your end. You phrase it as a problem we all have to overcome and there is a fix for it, but that's not the case.

Be more specific what's happening. Skips in gameplay? Do you mean it freezes or does your character suddenly teleport?
And of course, your PC specs.

Regardless of his specs, the game does require further optimisation. I'm sure it's planned at some point, maybe incrementally with each update.
