Sadly my F5 is not working all of the sudden and I have no idea why. Or i'd try to spawn at higher level.

I forget the exact command but whenever you spawn a piece of usable equipment or armor you can select what level you'd like it at. I remember making a test character on a throw-away world and spawning in various enemies and pieces of gear. Correct me if I'm wrong but I think the command is like "spawn SwordIronFire 4" or something.
