Totally agree. I think we should always keep in mind that these updates are free, it's not paid for dlc or micro transactions(I wish they advertised more things like shirts and maybe even figures, that way they get revenue from sales while gamers get something fun to show[fanboy I know lol]). We are very blessed to have this team. Look at the mechanics of the tar pits, how you have to not only drain them, but that the fluids flow. That blew my mind, cause it shows they're actually working with fluid dynamics, which raises the question, how cool would it be to have functional water mills and piped water to build fountains and baths?

The updates are "free" in the sense that the developers are continuing to bring this game out of Early Access and into a Full Release. Due to a small development team and a game that popped off with streamers during Covid times where a lot of people are at times more online then usual - there is obviously a reason as to why there is a high demand which the developers can't hope to satisfy.

At least the Valheim team did hire on some more help despite the difficulties with a Global Pandemic.
