Thing is my PC is clean and there is no dust or very little, just when i play this game my GPU temperature starts rising from 50C to 85C

When was the last time you replaced the thermal past on your CPU and GPU? If it hasn't been done since you bought/built your PC then its probably contributing to the heat issue.
